Someone is resurrecting the dead.

That’s what Edgar’s client claims. Way up in the Appalachian Mountains, far from what most folks would call civilization, a remote community has a new preacher with some rather disturbing skills.

Worse yet, his followers act more like a cult, their belief in the man behind the miracles dangerously unshakable.

Edgar’s job is to rescue his client’s sister, a woman swept up in the worrying fervor surrounding the enigmatic priest, but trying to disprove a resurrection quickly becomes a fight for his life when the locals begin to understand his motives.

After all, if your preacher can raise the dead, what’s the harm in a little death?
